Role Overview
Looking for a reliable and multi-skilled professional to handle both IT support and cashier responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations while managing financial transactions accurately. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
IT Responsibilities:
– Maintain and monitor computer systems, networks, and hardware
– Troubleshoot system and network issues
– Install and configure software and IT equipment
– Ensure data security, backups, and updates
– Provide technical support to staff
– Basic Knowledge for CCTV
– Coordinate with external vendors if required
Requirements
– 1–2 years of experience in IT support
– Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting
– Familiarity with POS systems and billing software
– Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
– Good communication skills
– Ability to multitask
– Honest and detail-oriented
