Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support Engineer
Should be handling Servers and Virtual Machines.
Handling Active Directory.
Managing Exchange Server and its SSL certificate and Mail on Mobile.
Managing FortiGate Firewall and VPN Service.
Managing Mail-Cleaner Spam Filter.
Managing VOIP system and IP Phones.
Maintaining and Updating Websites.
Managing CCTV System.
Managing NAS Drive Data Server and its Updates.
Updating and patching of Windows, Mobile phones and Antivirus.
Managing WiFi Access Point.
Veeam Backup of Virtual Machines.
Managing Daily and Weekly data Backup.
Solving day to day IT related problems.
IT Budgeting and Inventory Management.
Coordination with vendors.
Managing the company’s social media accounts and should have knowledge of digital marketing.
Managing lease line and company SIM cards
Managing & Maintaining Attendance Machine
Proven ability to manage systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security compliance
