๐ Key Responsibilities
๐น Lead and manage the companyโs overall IT operations, systems, infrastructure, and technical services.
๐น Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
๐น Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, systems, and cloud services.
๐น Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of business-critical IT systems.
๐น Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, user access controls, security policies, and risk-management measures.
๐น Manage IT support operations and ensure the timely resolution of technical incidents and user requests.
๐น Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, technology partners, and consultants.
๐น Oversee software and technology licenses, subscriptions, maintenance agreements, and IT-related contracts.
๐น Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
๐น Plan and manage IT projects, budgets, resources, procurement requirements, and technology investments.
๐น Establish and maintain effective data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
๐น Lead, supervise, and develop IT team members while monitoring performance and service standards.
๐น Maintain appropriate IT documentation, asset records, system configurations, and technology inventories.
๐น Prepare regular IT performance, security, infrastructure, and management reports.
๐น Provide senior management with professional technical recommendations and technology solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.
๐ Qualifications & Requirements
๐น Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
๐น Minimum 5 years of relevant professional IT experience.
๐น Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is required.
๐น Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cybersecurity, systems administration, cloud environments, and technical support.
๐น Good understanding of information security, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
๐น Experience managing IT vendors, projects, budgets, licenses, and technology services.
๐น Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
