🔹 Job Title: Senior Procurement Engineer
📍 Place of Work: Riyadh
🔹 Salary: Up to SAR 17,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications

🌟 Required Qualifications and Experience
🔹 A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in the field of procurement, including at least 5 years in MEP system procurement.
🔹 Strong experience in purchasing and supplying systems and equipment:
▪️ HVAC air conditioning.
▪️ Electrical Systems.
▪️ Plumbing.
▪️ Fire Fighting Systems.
▪️ ELV Light Current Systems.
▪️ BMS Building Management Systems.
🔹 Previous experience in construction, contracting, or facilities management projects.
🔹 Experience in preparing and managing requests for quotations (RFQs) and dealing with suppliers.
🔹 Ability to make technical and financial comparisons of offers, analyze prices, and negotiate the best trading terms.
🔹 Ability to read and understand MEP charts, technical specifications, and tables of quantities (BOQ).
🔹 Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or equivalent.
🔹 Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel in analysis, comparisons, and reports.
🌟 Major Tasks and Responsibilities
🔹 Manage the procurement and supply of materials and equipment for MEP business according to project requirements.
🔹 Prepare and send requests for quotations and follow up with suppliers to obtain technical and commercial proposals.
🔹 Prepare technical and financial comparison tables and recommend appropriate suppliers.
🔹 Negotiate with suppliers on prices, payment terms, supply, and warranty.
🔹 Coordinate with the project, engineering, planning and finance teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.
🔹 Follow up on purchase orders and supply dates and ensure that materials and equipment arrive on schedule.
🔹 Develop and evaluate the supplier base and work to achieve the best value in terms of quality, cost and supply period.
🔹 Follow up on the status of procurement and prepare periodic reports on orders and supplies and any potential risks or delays.
