Reporting to the Facilities Manager and School Principal. The successful candidate will oversee the purchasing and supply chain operations, ensuring best value for money across all procurement activities. This role requires collaboration with internal departments, vendors, and senior management. In addition, the Procurement Officer will support the day-to-day operational activities of our school, making this an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a dynamic school environment.

Requirements:
-Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-Proactive, responsive, and able to work on own initiative.
-Deadline-driven with the ability to respond quickly to urgent matters.
-Basic awareness of facilities operations and health and safety standards.
-Experience with schools, RTA, or Civil Defense is preferable.
-Financially astute with an understanding of KPIs and risk management.
-Keen interest in sustainability and awareness of global market trends.
-Technologically proficient and eager to learn.
-Responsible, hard-working, personable, and persuasive.
