Structural Designer

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop structural design deliverables including 3D models GA drawings fabrication drawings and material take-offs.
• Work closely with structural engineers to translate conceptual and design intent into detailed construction-ready documentation.
• Ensure design compliance with international codes client specifications and project requirements.
• Participate in model reviews clash checks and interface coordination meetings.
• Support inter-discipline coordination and resolve design issues during the design development phase.
• Incorporate design changes and prepare revision documentation as needed.
• Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables within project schedules and budget.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design for onshore oil and gas projects.
• Strong experience in FEED Detailed Engineering and Detailed Design phases.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and modeling tools such as AutoCAD SmartPlant 3D PDMS or similar.
• Familiarity with international structural design codes (e.g. AISC BS Eurocode).
• ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
