▪️ 3 to 5 years of work experience.
▪️ Previous experience in the real estate development sector – a prerequisite.
▪️ Hands-on experience in reviewing electrical designs and drawings.
▪️ Ability to review technical specifications and ensure that designs are compatible with project requirements.
▪️ Good knowledge of electricity systems associated with buildings and real estate projects.
▪️ Ability to coordinate technically with architectural, mechanical and civil engineering teams.
▪️ Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
🌟 Tasks and Responsibilities
▪️ Reviewing and auditing electrical designs and plans for real estate projects.
▪️ Ensure that the designs comply with the approved specifications and technical requirements of the project.
▪️ Review electrical loads, distribution, and systems associated with buildings.
▪️ Coordinate with consultants, designers, and contractors to address technical observations and conflicts.
▪️ Review Design Drawings, Shop Drawings and Technical Submittals related to electrical works.
▪️ Follow up on the design amendments and ensure that they are implemented and approved correctly.
▪️ Participate in Value Engineering processes and propose solutions that achieve technical and operational efficiency.
▪️ Coordination between electrical systems and the rest of the MEP disciplines, architectural and construction works.
▪️ Provide technical support during the design and implementation phases and address technical inquiries.
▪️ Ensuring the quality of the works and their conformity with the approved designs and specifications.
