π· Position: Instrument Technician
π° Basic Salary: SAR 5,200 β 8,000/month (depending on experience & qualifications)
π§ JOB OBJECTIVE
We are urgently looking for an experienced Instrument Technician to independently perform maintenance, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and commissioning of field instrumentation and instrument cabinets in PDH & PP Plants, ensuring high equipment availability and strict compliance with safety standards.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of instrumentation.
β’ Troubleshoot instrumentation problems with minimum supervision.
β’ Carry out calibration, installation, repair, inspection, and commissioning of instruments.
β’ Perform condition monitoring of field instruments and rack room cabinets.
β’ Execute assigned instrumentation jobs during plant turnarounds and shutdowns.
β’ Assist with minor plant modifications and equipment upgrades.
β’ Maintain preventive maintenance and instrument calibration records.
β’ Maintain daily job records/logbooks and update CMMS.
β’ Assist in monitoring critical and non-critical instrument spares.
β’ Maintain excellent housekeeping at workshops and work sites.
β’ Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
β’ Work effectively with multinational teams and coordinate with Operations and other departments.
π REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Instrumentation / Instrumentation Engineering
β
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
β
Experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas plants
β
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
β
Hands-on experience in preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance
β
Experience with calibration and field instrumentation
β
Knowledge of MS Office and CMMS
β
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
β
Strong safety awareness
β
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
