🔹 Minimum 10 years of work experience.
🔹 Experience in off-plan projects (Wafi).
🔹 Strong experience in managing and implementing construction projects.
🔹 The ability to follow up on implementation and ensure compliance with technical plans, specifications and standards.
🔹 Strong project management skills and coordination with consultants, contractors and related authorities.
