Kinetic Energy Factory Company (KEKSA) is looking for a qualified, organized, and experienced Storekeeper to join its team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate receiving, storage, issuance, tracking, and control of materials and inventory while maintaining proper documentation and a safe, well-organized warehouse environment.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Receive incoming materials, equipment, and items and verify them against relevant documents.
🔹 Inspect received materials for quantity, condition, and accuracy before storage.
🔹 Properly organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
🔹 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and movements.
🔹 Issue materials and equipment according to approved requests and established procedures.
🔹 Monitor inventory levels and promptly report shortages, discrepancies, damaged items, or stock variances.
🔹 Conduct regular stock counts and support cycle counts and periodic physical inventory activities.
🔹 Assist in reconciling physical inventory against system and warehouse records.
🔹 Ensure proper material identification, labeling, handling, and storage practices.
🔹 Maintain complete and accurate warehouse documentation and records.
🔹 Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and other relevant departments regarding material requirements and availability.
🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.

🌟 Qualifications & Requirements:
🔹 Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar warehouse/inventory role.
🔹 Good knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and stock control procedures.
🔹 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
🔹 Ability to maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
🔹 Good communication and coordination skills.
🔹 Basic computer proficiency, preferably with Microsoft Office applications.
🔹 Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple warehouse activities.
🔹 Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing company is preferred.
