Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other assigned facilities.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and perform deep cleaning as required.
Clean windows, mirrors, carpets, furniture, and other surfaces.
Change bed linen and bath linen and maintain the linen room.
Clean and restock restrooms and monitor consumable supplies.
Collect and dispose of waste properly.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or security issues to the supervisor.
Assist guests when required and provide good customer service.
Follow health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maid/Housekeeper.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Good knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning procedures.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 12 kg.
Flexible, responsible, and willing to perform assigned housekeeping duties.
