Nine Ventures Décor & Tableware LLC is looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This is a bespoke hospitality products supplier serving luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality groups, procurement companies and interior designers across the UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
– Handle client enquiries through email, phone
– Understand client requirements, specifications, quantities and timelines
– Coordinate with clients and suppliers
– Prepare quotations
– Follow up consistently with clients until order confirmation
– Send LPOs to suppliers
What We’re Looking For
– Excellent communication
– Strong client relationship and follow-up abilities
– Strong attention to detail
– Negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and take ownership
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
– Hospitality supplies / hotel procurement / FF&E experience is preferred
– Fluent English is mandatory; Hindi is preferred
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000, depending on experience
