Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit western trained Registered Midwives for their client in Dubai, UAE which is a reputed JCI accredited multispecialty hospital providing comprehensive obstetrics, gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, neonatal, and women's healthcare services. We are looking for Registered Midwives holding a Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery (minimum three-year full-time program) from a nationally or internationally recognized institution or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing together with a recognized post-basic qualification in Midwifery, and registration as a Registered Midwife from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand, in accordance with the DHA Professional Qualification Requirements. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent full-time experience working as a Registered Midwife within a hospital-based maternity unit. Current BLS certification is mandatory and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification would be highly advantageous. The Registered Midwife will be responsible for providing safe, evidence-based, and compassionate midwifery care throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal continuum. Conduct comprehensive maternal assessments, monitor fetal wellbeing, identify obstetric risks, support normal and high-risk pregnancies, and provide continuous care during labour and delivery while promoting safe maternal and neonatal outcomes. Assist Obstetricians and Maternal Fetal Medicine Consultants during normal and operative deliveries, obstetric emergencies, and specialized procedures when required. Monitor labour progression, perform fetal heart monitoring, administer medications in accordance with established clinical protocols, recognize early maternal or fetal complications, and initiate timely escalation of care where clinically indicated. Provide breastfeeding support, newborn assessments, postnatal education, discharge counselling, and family-centred care while empowering mothers through education and emotional support. Collaborate closely with Obstetricians, Neonatologists, Pediatricians, Anesthetists, Lactation Consultants, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless continuity of care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, comply with infection prevention and patient safety standards, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and uphold JCI accreditation requirements while delivering the highest standards of professional midwifery practice.

Salary : Aed 25,000 per month plus family benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
