🚨 Hiring – Sales Engineer (Foundation Solutions)
Position: Sales Engineer – Junior Role
Department: Foundation Solutions / Rental Division
Location: UAE
Reporting To: Sales Manager – Foundation Solutions
Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000/month
Experience: 2–4 years
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and foundation engineering.
Promote foundation solutions, structural steel products, and rental services.
Generate leads, handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert opportunities into sales.
Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
Conduct client meetings and regular site visits.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams.
Prepare commercial offers, proposals, and tender submissions.
Maintain sales pipeline and project tracking reports.
Monitor UAE construction market trends and identify upcoming projects.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Civil Engineering is preferred.
2–4 years of relevant experience in:
Technical Sales
Structural Steel
Foundation Engineering
Construction Materials
Equipment Rental
Infrastructure Projects
⚠️ Mandatory
Valid UAE Driving License
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
⭐ Preferred
Arabic Speaker
Experience in foundation solutions, sheet piling, shoring systems, structural steel, or rental businesses.
Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and infrastructure market.
Experience with project-based sales and tendering.
