HSE Officer
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee site safety practices, conduct routine hazard inspections, and enforce compliance with HSE regulations.
• Implement workplace safety procedures, track risk mitigation actions, and monitor site operations.
• Lead daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and occupational health awareness sessions.
• Prepare HSE reports, audit logs, risk assessment documentation, and compliance records.
• Assist with incident reporting, emergency response procedures, and root-cause investigations.
Requirements & Skills :
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; minimum 3 years of hands-on HSE experience.
• Industry Focus: Direct experience within the Transportation and Oil & Gas sectors is strictly required.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HSE management systems, hazard identification, risk assessment methodologies, and industrial safety practices.
• Core Competencies: Incident investigation, site auditing, safety reporting, hazard control, and regulatory compliance coordination.
