HSE Supervisor

πŸ”Ή Specific degree requirements have not been finalized; however, candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety are encouraged to apply.
πŸ”Ή Candidates with qualifications in other engineering disciplines are also eligible, provided their professional experience or current field of work is related to Safety or HSE.
πŸ”Ή Relevant practical experience in workplace safety, inspections, risk assessment, incident prevention, and HSE compliance is preferred.
πŸ”Ή Candidates should have good communication, reporting, coordination, and safety-awareness skills.

🌟 Mandatory Certifications
Candidates must hold at least one of the following:
πŸ”Ή OSHA Certification
πŸ”Ή NEBOSH Certification
πŸ”Ή IOSH Certification

🌟 Holding an ISO-related certification will be considered an added advantage.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
πŸ”Ή Monitor and enforce workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
πŸ”Ή Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.
πŸ”Ή Participate in risk assessments and ensure appropriate preventive and corrective measures are implemented.
πŸ”Ή Monitor compliance with approved safety procedures, permits, and Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
πŸ”Ή Support incident and near-miss investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
πŸ”Ή Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and employee awareness activities.
πŸ”Ή Maintain HSE records and prepare periodic safety reports and performance updates.
πŸ”Ή Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and management to maintain a safe working environment.
πŸ”Ή Support internal and external HSE audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
