๐ Qualifications & Requirements
๐น Must be currently residing in the Eastern Province.
๐น Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
๐น Valid SOCPA membership.
๐น Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
๐น Previous experience in Payroll Management is an advantage.
๐น Familiarity with accounting modules, ERP platforms, and financial systems.
๐น Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, and reconciliation processes.
๐น Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
๐น Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
๐น Good organizational and documentation capabilities.
๐น Ability to handle confidential financial and payroll information professionally.
๐น Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐น Record, review, and maintain accurate daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
๐น Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
๐น Perform bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
๐น Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
๐น Process and review invoices, payments, supporting documents, and accounting records.
๐น Support payroll preparation and reconciliation when required.
๐น Maintain accurate financial records within the companyโs accounting system.
๐น Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
๐น Assist with audit requirements and provide supporting financial documentation.
๐น Ensure accounting activities comply with internal policies and applicable financial procedures.
