🌟 Tasks and Responsibilities
🔹 Carry out periodic visits to the branches to follow up on the quality of performance and the level of compliance with operational standards.
🔹 Conducting audits, evaluations, and measuring the level of performance of branches and employees.
🔹 Monitor observations and non-compliances and identify causes and points of improvement.
🔹 Preparing and implementing staff training and development programs according to the actual needs of the branches.
🔹 Train employees on operational procedures, quality standards, and customer service.
🔹 Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure their impact on performance.
🔹 Prepare detailed reports on visits, evaluations, and make recommendations to management.
🔹 Prepare and follow up improvement plans and corrective actions and ensure their implementation.
🔹 Coordinate with branch managers and operational teams to process feedback and improve performance.
🔹 Contribute to the development and updating of training materials, procedures, and evaluation standards.
