🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
🔹 Minimum 4 years of hands-on payroll experience.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and payroll-related regulations.
🔹 Practical experience managing the complete monthly payroll cycle.
🔹 Strong experience calculating overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, leave payments, and other employee entitlements.
🔹 Hands-on experience calculating End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) and preparing final settlements.
🔹 Good working knowledge of GOSI, Wage Protection System (WPS), Qiwa, and other relevant Saudi government and HR platforms.
🔹 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including payroll calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
🔹 Experience using payroll, HRMS, or ERP systems.
🔹 Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
🔹 Ability to handle highly confidential employee and compensation information professionally.
🔹 Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage and process the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle accurately and within established deadlines.
🔹 Review attendance, working hours, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
🔹 Calculate employee salaries and statutory or contractual entitlements in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
🔹 Prepare and review EOSB calculations and final settlements for departing employees.
🔹 Process payroll-related requirements through GOSI, WPS, Qiwa, and other relevant platforms.
🔹 Prepare payroll files and ensure compliance with Wage Protection System requirements.
🔹 Perform payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies before final payroll approval.
🔹 Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure employee information is properly updated in payroll and HR systems.
🔹 Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments regarding payroll changes, deductions, adjustments, and employee payments.
🔹 Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally and confidentially.
🔹 Prepare periodic payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries.
🔹 Support internal and external audits by providing payroll records and supporting documentation.
🔹 Monitor regulatory developments affecting payroll and ensure continued compliance with Saudi employment and social insurance requirements.
