🔹 A minimum of one year of work experience in Industrial Safety or HSE.
🔹 An accredited professional certificate in the field of safety is required.
🔹 Experience in inspection, field tours, hazard identification and unsafe practices.
🔹 Good knowledge of risk assessment methods and control and prevention procedures.
🔹 Ability to prepare safety reports and document observations and accidents.
🔹 Ability to follow up on corrective and preventive measures and ensure their implementation.
🔹 Good knowledge of PPE and safe working requirements.
🔹 Ability to work in the field and withstand the nature and conditions of work sites.
🔹 Good communication skills, mentoring, reporting, and follow-up.
🔹 Commitment, discipline and readiness to start.
🌟 Tasks and Responsibilities
🔹 Supervise the implementation of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures at workplaces.
🔹 Carry out periodic field tours and inspections and monitor hazards and unsafe situations.
🔹 Conduct and update risk assessments and propose appropriate control measures.
🔹 Follow-up on employees' compliance with safety instructions and the use of personal protective equipment.
🔹 Ensure the readiness of safety, emergency and firefighting equipment.
🔹 Document violations and observations and prepare periodic safety reports.
🔹 Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive measures until the closure of observations.
🔹 Participate in the investigation of accidents and injuries and identify root causes to prevent their recurrence.
🔹 Provide awareness, guidance, and safety meetings to employees.
