🔹 A minimum of 5 years of work experience in facilities management or operation and maintenance.
🔹 An engineering qualification appropriate to the nature of the job.
🔹 Applicants must be residents of the Southern Region or have a willingness to work in the Southern Region.
🔹 Experience in following up and managing the operation and maintenance of facilities and buildings.
🔹 Ability to supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers.
🔹 Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance work and work order management.
🔹 Ability to track performance indicators and service levels (KPIs) & SLAs.
🔹 Strong skills in planning, organizing, managing priorities and solving problems.
🔹 Ability to prepare technical and operational reports and monitor performance.
🔹 Adherence to quality, occupational health and safety requirements.
🌟 Tasks and Responsibilities
🔹 Supervise the day-to-day operations related to the management, operation and maintenance of facilities.
🔹 Preparing and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance plans and programs.
🔹 Monitor the performance of systems, equipment and services and ensure efficient continuity of operation.
🔹 Supervise the technical work teams and contractors and follow up on the quality of the works executed.
🔹 Follow up on work orders and breakdowns and ensure quick response and closure.
🔹 Monitor performance indicators and SLAs and prepare periodic performance reports.
🔹 Coordinate with the client and technical and administrative teams to address operational feedback and requirements.
🔹 Identify recurring problems, analyze their causes, and develop appropriate solutions and corrective actions.
🔹 Ensure compliance with the safety and quality standards and procedures adopted in the project.
🔹 Contribute to raising the efficiency of facilities, reducing breakdowns and operational costs, and improving the level of services.
