🔹 Good knowledge of the different types of valves, their operating mechanisms, and their components.
🔹 Ability to diagnose faults, identify damaged or expendable parts, and take appropriate action.
🔹 Experience in the use of tools, instruments, measuring and testing devices for maintenance work.
▪️ Ability to read and understand drawings, technical specifications, and maintenance instructions.
🔹 Good knowledge of safety procedures related to maintenance work and testing.
🔹 Strong skills in troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
🔹 Ability to work within maintenance teams and in industrial and field sites.
🌟 Tasks and Responsibilities
🔹 Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works for industrial valves.
🔹 Dismantling, inspecting, cleaning, repairing and reassembling valves according to technical procedures and specifications.
🔹 Diagnosing malfunctions, leaks, and operating problems and identifying their causes.
🔹 Replacement and repair of damaged parts and components as needed.
🔹 Perform the necessary tests after maintenance work to ensure the safety and efficiency of the valve and no leaks.
🔹 Carry out valve service and maintenance works in the workshop or field sites according to the work requirements.
🔹 Ensure that appropriate tools and equipment are used and maintained in good operational condition.
🔹 Documenting the inspection, maintenance, repair and testing work carried out.
🔹 Coordinate with maintenance, engineering and operation teams to efficiently execute the required works.
🔹 Strict adherence to health, safety and quality requirements while executing all technical works.
🔹 Contribute to the analysis of recurring failures and improve the reliability and performance of equipment.
