Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for interior fit-out projects
• Develop and review BOQs, tender documents, and project cost reports
• Manage variations, valuations, and commercial project requirements
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget control
• Support commercial management activities throughout project execution
Requirements :
• Experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and quantity surveying processes
• Experience with BOQs, tendering, and variations
• Understanding of commercial management procedures
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and variation management
