Technical Operations Manager
Location - Dubai/Abu Dhabi - UAE
PARKONIC is looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our growing team and lead the technical operations of our smart parking ecosystem across the UAE.

· Lead technical operations across multiple smart parking sites.
· Manage engineers, technicians, vendors and service partners.
· Ensure high availability and reliability of ANPR/LPR, barriers, access control, IOT, payment and networking systems.
· Support new site deployments, system integrations, testing and commissioning.
· Manage technical vendors, spare parts and maintenance costs.
· Work closely with Operations, IT, Product, Projects and Customer teams.
· Drive continuous improvement, reliability and operational excellence.
Requirements -
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in technical operations, maintenance or technology service management.
· Strong knowledge of ANPR/LPR, ELV, access control, networking, IoT and smart infrastructure.
· Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent stakeholder, vendor and team-management capabilities.
