▪️ Previous experience in external correspondence or commentary work.

▪️ Good knowledge of government procedures and transactions and related authorities in Riyadh.
▪️ Ability to continuously move and efficiently complete tasks and field transactions.
▪️ Good communication skills and professional dealings with various entities.
▪️ Commitment, discipline and responsibility.
▪️ Ability to follow up on multiple transactions at the same time and complete them within the specified deadlines.
▪️ Ability to work under pressure and behave well in different situations.

🌟 Major Tasks and Responsibilities
▪️ Follow up and complete external transactions and correspondence with government and private entities.
▪️ Delivery and receipt of letters, documents, and official documents.
▪️ Follow up on the status of transactions and ensure that all necessary requirements are completed to complete them.
▪️ Coordinate with internal departments on required documents and transactions.
▪️ Visiting government agencies and relevant offices and following up on applications until they are closed.
▪️ Maintain the confidentiality and security of documents and documents during their transfer and delivery.
▪️ Prepare periodic updates on the status of transactions and field tasks.
▪️ Adherence to the deadlines and priorities set by the Department.
