Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical Systems:
Oversee HVAC, plumbing, water pumps, and general mechanical infrastructure.
Kitchen Equipment: Maintain and repair commercial kitchen appliances like ovens, fryers, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
Preventive Maintenance: Run routine checks to stop equipment failures before they happen.
Safety & Compliance: Follow local health, safety, and hygiene rules.
Team Guidance: Train staff and coordinate with outside vendors for complex repairs.
