🌟 Preferred Qualifications & Experience
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
▪️ 15+ years of procurement leadership and transformation experience.
▪️ Proven track record in delivering Procurement Excellence and/or Procurement Transformation Programs.
▪️ Strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management.
▪️ Advanced understanding of procurement analytics, governance, performance management, and process optimization.
▪️ Demonstrated ability to establish and manage procurement and supplier KPIs and performance frameworks.
▪️ Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
▪️ GCC experience is highly preferred.
▪️ Ability and readiness to support complex, large-scale and mega-project environments in Saudi Arabia.
