🚨 URGENT HIRING – STATIC EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

💰 Salary Package: SAR 13,000–15,000/month
We are urgently hiring an experienced Static Equipment Commissioning Supervisor / Engineer for a major petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia.
🔧 BASIC FUNCTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for mechanical static equipment are properly planned and executed in accordance with OPERCOM® methodology, while maintaining the highest standards of HSE, quality, and project schedule.
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements throughout all commissioning activities.
Coordinate, review, and approve the quality and completeness of static equipment commissioning deliverables.
Assist Commissioning Unit Leaders in witnessing and monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Review pre-commissioning dossiers and ensure proper care, preservation, and maintenance of equipment by the EPCC Contractor.
Monitor static equipment commissioning activities and review/comment on commissioning and operational test procedures.
Coordinate with Construction, Operations, and other project teams to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to startup.
Support timely and successful completion of commissioning activities in accordance with project requirements.
🎓 REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in static equipment pre-commissioning and commissioning within petrochemical or oil & gas facilities.
Strong knowledge of Process, Mechanical, and Piping pre-commissioning & commissioning.
Good understanding of EPCC contract management, OPERCOM®, and ICAPS©.
Methodical, organized, and capable of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Previous TotalEnergies project experience will be an added advantage.
