🚨 URGENT HIRING – ELECTRICAL COMMISSIONING SPECIALIST 🇸🇦
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
⏳ Project Duration: 4 Years
💰 Salary Package: SAR 13,000–15,000/month

We are urgently hiring an experienced Electrical Commissioning Specialist for a major petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia.

⚡ BASIC FUNCTION
The Electrical Commissioning Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are properly planned and executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with OPERCOM® methodology and the project schedule.

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements throughout all electrical commissioning activities.
Review and approve electrical commissioning deliverables, test packages, and procedures.
Assist Commissioning Unit Leaders in witnessing and monitoring electrical commissioning activities.
Review pre-commissioning dossiers and ensure proper preservation of electrical equipment.
Monitor commissioning activities involving:
LV & MV Switchgear
Transformers
MCCs
UPS Systems
Motors
Grounding Systems
Protection Relays
Review electrical test procedures and provide technical support for troubleshooting and commissioning issues.
Coordinate with Construction, Interface, and Start-up teams to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to operations.

🎓 REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning experience in petrochemical, refinery, or oil & gas facilities.
Strong technical knowledge of:
Low Voltage (LV) & Medium Voltage (MV) systems
Switchgear & Transformers
Motors & Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
UPS Systems
Grounding Systems
Protection Relays
Experience with OPERCOM®, ICAPS©, and EPCC contract management.
Methodical, organized, and capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Fluent English required; Arabic is an added advantage.
Previous TotalEnergies project experience will be an added advantage.

⭐ PREFERRED CANDIDATE
Candidates with strong petrochemical commissioning experience and practical knowledge of OPERCOM®, ICAPS©, LV/MV electrical systems, and EPCC projects are highly encouraged to apply.
